Is there anything that I need to do before roofing starts?
Before project begins, please clear all areas around roof of any personal belongings. The driveway should be clear.
Is maintenance required on my roof?
Annual checkups are recommended, and all sealants should be replaced if found to be in deteriorated conditions.
Is a permit required to replace my roof?
A permit is required for any repair over $2,500 and for any roof replacement at any cost
How can I pay for my roof?
There are several options to pay for you roof. You can pay with check, cash or credit card. Financing is available through third-party lenders. Please see a representative for details.
What is the warranty on my roof?
The base warranty on a roof is five years labor, plus manufacturers warranty on the material. Please speak to a representative to learn more about our warranty options.
What is the difference in underlayment?
There are three types of underlayment: Asphalt impregnated paper (good), granulated peel and stick (better), granulated roll roofing (best). This is a good, better and best scenario.
What are the good, better, and best options for my roof?
They are based on the instillation method and material chosen for your project. Good is a 30 year warranty, better is a 40 year warranty, best is a 40 year to lifetime warranty.
How long does the project take?
The project duration varies dependent on the size and type of roof being replaced. Typically, a shingle roof will take 3 to 5 working days. Tile and metal vary greatly depending on size. Please feel free to ask one of our representatives.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer discounts to active/retired military and first responders.
Do you use sub-contractors?
We do not use any sub-contractors.
